Although we both design and build sites, sometimes we partner with companies that already have a development team, but need a fresh eye on their site design. United Charitable had a current website, and had been working for a while on a redesign, but felt they were spinning their wheels. We worked closely with their team to develop their messaging and their content, sourcing the right photos and editing and developing text. Our designer worked with them to develop a fresh and clean site design that updated their brand. Wireframes, prototypes, content and designs were handed off to their development team for implementation on their website.

Essential Theatre is one of our favorite non-profit theatre groups, and they’ve been a client for many years. We recently had an opportunity to redesign their website. Obviously right now we can’t highlight the annual festival, but, the site is set up for that when they are ready. Until then, we’re showing off classes, the playwriting contest, previous performances, and so forth.
Catching up on some of our sites from 2020… For Sundari Farm & Gardens, an eco-resort in Hawaii, updated branding and a new website were a great thing to get knocked out during the pandemic. The site features event management and calendar, links to bookings, blog and news features, classes & events, social media templates and branding, and an e-commerce shop.
As time progresses and your business shifts, we make changes to our websites to meet business needs. But after a while many small changes can add up to a look that isn’t as cohesive as we’d like! For long time client BrainShape, a refresh was in order. We did a quick turnaround refresh project that included a fresh look, updates to functionality, and minor fixes and improvements, and also updated the domain name. If you’re in Northern Virginia and in need of neurofeedback or hypnosis, check out the new BrainshapeVA.com!

A quick & fun project – a branding and design update for an Elementor based site for author, teacher, & CEO Christine Marie Mason.
We’ve been crazy busy! Just launched this week, a fun and vibrant website for Set2 Fitness. A memorable and useful website is super important to making a splash with a new business, and Lorna’s is a great example of a simple website and blog that stands out from the crowd with an atypical grid based design. And if you’re looking for a personalized training experience in intown Atlanta, you should check them out!
Grounded Kids is a company that provides yoga programs all over the country, with a variety of programs for kids and for teachers. The website redesign was an extensive project including a large number of custom pages each with a custom design. Functionality includes a training calendar with the ability to book classes, a teacher directory, an e-commerce shop, blog, and an extensive private membership site with training materials.
The Finally Free website is for both clients and instructors for the Finally Free program for Good Decisions. We did designs and prototyping for a future website, including an instructor search, instructor features, and an instructor portal.
This recent redesign was one of my favorites. It’s always fun to take a dated website and turn it into something usable and beautiful. You’ll notice that not only did we update the logo to something that reflected their core brand in a more modern way, we also changed the feel and the focus of the site from cold and clinical, to warm and vibrant—moving the focus to the desired outcome versus the procedures themselves. Check out more in our Portfolio, or visit Provenance Rehab to see the whole site.

Finally getting around to updating the website with some of our latest work, a real estate site for an Athens, GA Realtor, and a redesign and branding effort for an Atlanta area pelvic physical therapy group.

Provenance Rehabilitation: Pelvic Physical Therapy in Atlanta
I’ve been amiss at portfolio updates, so here are a few projects that we completed early this year.
(Author of A Place At The Table and new this August We Are All Good People Here)
We’ve also done a small redesign/rebrand on BrainShapeLLC.com
And we created reworked the blog on FitWit.com, moving the workouts to an easy to read calendar, and updating the menu structure for ease of navigation on desktop and mobile!
We recently launched the following two projects in partnership with our friends at Project 18!
Atlanta Radio Theatre Company’s redesign was a lot of fun, and a real learning experience on the world of audio drama. If you like podcasts, they have some great new series’ you should check out, or you can download a classic by Sherlock Holmes or Ray Bradbury. We really enjoyed working with the dedicated artists over there – and if you’re an actor, or would like to try your hand at voice acting as an amateur, you should check them out!

Our other great project with Project 18 this winter was a redesign of the decor shop Select Surfaces in Vail, Colorado. They were lovely people to work with, and they now have a fresh new website that is as lovely as they are. If you’re in the Vail area, you should definitely shop local and give these guys a chance to show you all their fabulous flooring, tile, stone, blinds and more!

Yes, You Can Dance!, based in the Pittsburgh, PA area, is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming lives through the power of dance, working with seniors and individuals with special needs. It’s a wonderful organization that we had worked with before on a website and branding. They were still happy with their branding, but it was time to freshen up the look of the site and add some new features.
It’s been so busy around here, which we love, but updating this site with new client work has been, shall we say… spotty!
Linda Sands (lindasands.com) : Linda has a new book coming out, so it was a perfect time to revamp her website with a fresh new look.
We had a great time creating a website for Josh Levs’s book “All In” last year. A noted author, keynote speaker, and consultant, Josh’s business needs changed, and so he asked us for some new features and functions, and a new homepage look, highlighting his speaking engagements. We kept the same branding and generally look and feel, but added videos, new features, and a brand new layout to the site.
Check out the Project in our Portfolio!

Sport Risk Consulting does speaking engagements, waiver & release consulting, and writes books and articles related to waivers and releases of liability in sports. Sportwaiver.com is their blog and website which contains years of articles and blog posts about waiver and release cases and other sports law related items. They needed a news style website to promote their consulting & books.
Team Care PT is a physical therapy practice in the Raleigh, NC area. Their old website was dated and hard to update, so they came to us for something fresh and modern, that reflected the style of the practice.
We created a website for Beth Kemper, a pelvic physical therapist in Decatur, GA, many years ago, in the days before the ubiquitousness of mobile devices. Today every website we build is mobile friendly and responsive, but not so in the ‘old days’! Beth still loved the look of her website–the design had stood the test of time– but it needed to work better for today’s devices. So we built Beth a new site, using all the most recent coding standards, but keeping her signature look and feel.
Some great websites from 2016…
Annie Oakley Shooters a women’s clay shooting club in the Atlanta, GA area. The mission of the Annie Oakley Shooters is to enhance awareness and enjoyment of women’s clay shooting sports by offering fellowship, quality instruction and opportunity for the sport. We created a new website reflecting their branding that was easy to update and allowed them to showcase their events.
Write By The Water is the website for a yearly writers’ retreat. The web site features strong illustrations, in a ‘one-page’ style website.
Adam Properties is an Atlanta office/warehouse properties investment, leasing and property management company. Their website showcases their available properties with a little bit of a retro vibe.

Megan Tarshis is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and psychotherapist in the intown Atlanta area. She wanted a minimalist & soft website, with strong images and lots of white space for her new practice.
Find The Beloved is a courses website built based on the Sensai product from Woo.
We developed the peacock logo and branding based on the idea of traditional Indian woodcut prints.
With some impressive words for the new book by people like Maria Shriver and Bob Sagat, we highlight the praise for the book both in the front page image, and also in rotating testimonials. Although it is a relatively simple 1+ page website, all the key information is contained on the main page, easily scrolled to. Multiple links promote the purchase of the book, which will automatically change from “Preorder” text to “Purchase” text on the book release date later this year. Responsive site takes advantage of large and small screen sizes.
Adding an Archive of Works, Fundraising, and other features to the website of the Shyamdas Foundation.
The Shyamdas Foundation is a website dedicated to preserving the works of Shyamdas (1953-2013), who was a pioneer in bringing Indian devotional and yogic traditions to the West. They had an existing website which was used as a base, but over the course of several projects we have improved the functionality and mobile friendliness of the original site. We also added archives functionality, both storage (cloud storage utilizing Amazon AWS to store a large number of video, audio, text files and photos) as well as forms and integration to allow members to submit their own archive items, to grow the archive. Additional features include integrated fundraising functionality (using Ignition Deck) and membership features.

A vibrant, content rich website for a non-profit.
The Fitwit Foundation, based in Atlanta, GA, is a non-profit dedicated to offering free fitness and character development programs to teens. The foundation wanted a new website to reflect their brand, showcasing the work they do, and inspiring others to donate and get involved. Working closely with the director to realize her vision, the website is now bright, cheerful and interesting, allows for easy online donations, and features the kids in a starring role.
